This photograph was from almost two months ago, and posting it made me realize how long stretches of time can go by where you leave a project. I'd been really excited and productive on the work I was photographing at night. Then I wasn't able to get the time to go out like I wanted. A few nights back I went out and drove around, and I was even able to make a couple images, however, I just wasn't feeling it. And when that happens, there isn't much you can do. I decided just to stop trying for the day. Something about this image really appealed to me. Its stuck with me, even the funky lens flare. Such a strange manifestation.
