Might be the last snow pictures for the year, which is fine with me. I'm ready for spring at this point. These are an extension of some of my untitled snow series 2009- . These were more made in a more rural setting in Alexander, Woodfin and Leicester, NC. Photographing against the monochrome, white background is a real delight for the color and patterns that emerge. A very different landscape emerges from the snow.
